Disclosure & Service Limitations
- To ensure quality service and the safety of our team, Cabin Care of Arizona requires that all properties be in a condition suitable for standard cleaning prior to our arrival.
- Clients must disclose any excessive mess, heavy buildup, or unusual conditions in advance. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive trash or debris, strong odors, pest activity, or conditions that go beyond a standard or deep cleaning service.
- We do not provide hazardous material handling, including biohazards, mold remediation, bodily fluids, chemical spills, or excessive trash removal.
- Our services focus on detailed cleaning and sanitizing. We do not offer decluttering, organizing, or “extreme” or restoration-level cleaning services.
- Light steam cleaning may be provided as a refresh for carpets, rugs, and select furniture; however, we do not offer professional or industrial-grade carpet or upholstery cleaning.
- Failure to disclose property conditions may result in service refusal, rescheduling, or additional charges.
